PS TEES is happy to provide our customers free shipping within Canada for orders over $75 and to the United States for orders over $100. A flat rate of $6 applies for orders within Canada under $75 and $12 to the US for orders under $100 We ship worldwide, typically within 1-2 days of receiving the order. As an environmentally conscious company, we use recycled boxes as often as possible. All Retail taxes are included.

NOTE: The recipient is responsible for any/all duties, taxes, and fees (if any) relating to all international orders (i.e. shipping outside of Canada).

At PS TEES, we want you to be happy with the purchases you've made. We ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL original tags within 14 days for a complete refund. Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is non-refundable.
A credit in the amount of the item and taxes will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase it.

Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on merchandise that were purchased on clearance. Please contact us via email or phone if you would like to return/exchange your item.

Buyer's remorse? We don't think you will regret your purchase, but we also know how you feel. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. Just send an email to info@pstees.ca with your order details and you will be refunded. Please note that we cannot cancel your order unless you have received an email confirmation from us.

Pricing of merchandise for items sold through our online store is exclusively determined by PS TEES. Our online merchandise prices typically match those of independent retailers that carry our line in their stores; however, retailers are not required to match our online pricing. Further, PS TEES reserves the right to price independent of retail stores and will not be held responsible for price matching, returns and/or refunds of any kind on merchandise that is not purchased from our online store.
